When I book we supposed to get free breakfast, when we check in the desk told me there’s no free breakfast, I was disappointed with the result

close to most things with the Ermita district but not a lot of eateries to choose form in the immediate vicinity

Building is under renovation. Slot machine terribly working. Was deceived by a free breakfast upon booking found to be none. Sucks for the price we pay. The Manager we talked about is not accommodating on the breakfast issue.

Disappointing hotel

Pros: nothing
Cons: staff attitude
Location: poor and crowded location
an old hotel with very poor facilities, staff not very helpful and not cooperative when i wanted to change after my circumstances had changed .

The hotel is currently undergoing internal and external renovations... Although I was not affected in my room on 18th floor I suspect those nearer may be affected
