Good position, easy check in, good equipment in kitchen. But unit wasn't cleaned during our 4 night stay.

Towels were provided for a day, we stayed for 3 nights. We were not welcomed on the day and time of arrival, though i informed them of the time of my arrival. I had to call for the code of the door lock. No daily cleaning. I rented two units, one unit had a beautiful view. One restroom's lavatory was not totally working. Everything was near or walking distance (5-minute walk) to my bank, miscellaneous store, SM Aura, etc. That was really great! There was parking close to the unit, 100 pesos for about 4 hours. I didn't ask for an overnight parking fee. Overall, i loved my unit.

Hello, thanks for your feedback, apologies for that but as soon as we found out that you didn't receive any instructions from expedia, we assisted you right away and sent our staff over for further assistance. We are not a hotel and no round the clock housekeeping but we do provide extra cleaning for free for a minimum stay of 7 days. We were also able to fix the lavatory when it was reported to us. Thanks for the concerns that you have raised and it will help us to become a better host.

Property is at an amazing location! Only 5 mins walk to SM Aura! Room is good enough size.. max room occupancy seems to be 4 people so if you are a family of 5 they seem to not allow any more In the room even if you pay. Pool was also closed at the time of visit because of the ash fall. The elevators run REALLY SLOW so definitely plan ahead. Our unit bathroom 2106 had problems with hot water even after they came to fix it so that was a bummer. Everything else was fine in terms of wifi, spacious, nice city view and clean. Communication with SOMA was great too, they reply within minutes. Would I stay here again? Probablyy.. just cause of the amazing location for the price.

It is stipulated in our listing the maximum capacity of each apartment, having a 5th guest is no longer conducive and will be against the policy that we have agreed with the building admin, these was explained to you prior to your arrival. We don't have any control with the elevator but can surely pass the feedback with the admin.

There were no fresh towels the reason is they forgot. It was not a good reason at all. The following day they forgot again the fresh towel. Never I will book in this place again.

Good location but that’s about it

Bathroom needed further cleaning as there’s mold on grout etc. The cup in the bathroom could use replacing. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Although we specified number of room occupants, not enough towels and linens were provided. Instructions in the room were out of date for example “leave keys in lockbox” when there is no lockbox etc. It’s good for the location as within walking distance to everything but inside of condo still needs additional attention. Overall ok stay but not amazing.

We set up our apartment according to the number of guests that was booked if there were no enough towels and linens we are here to assist and provide what was needed. We will look into the instructions and the mold in the bathroom to make sure that this wont happen again.
