“Nice hotel near NAIA airport”

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. The room is huge and very clean and well lighted. Had nice view of Manila city from my room. The bathroom is well supplied. And I should say so, because I arrived in Manila without my luggage(and it was very frustrating when your stuff didn't arrive at the same time you did after a very long trip). Even lacking with my bare necessities, Heritage Hotel made me feel at home with complete supplies in the bathroom. The restaurant staff were also quick with our order and served really good food. Will stay again next time I'm visiting Philippines.

“Home away from home”

Always stayed at the Heritage whenever I travel back to the Philippines with my daughter. It has been a home away from home. The location is safe and shopping to the Mall of Asia is convenient with the hotel shuttle. Love the music and the ambience at the piano bar.. and the buffet breakfast was yummy! Will definitely stay at Heritage again!

The hotel is very convenient. It is near the airport, the shopping mall, different dining restaurants near Manila Bay. Hotel staff are very courteous, room is spacious and clean.

The Heritage was fantastic! Service was excellent and the location was perfect. I can see the Mall of Asia from my room! Security was top-notch, the Front Desk was very helpful and the on-site restaurant was as added bonus! A nice place to stay after a 12+ hour flight! I would definitely stay here when I come back to visit!
