This is more of a 3 Star and not a 4 star hotel

Posted 09 28, 14
Pros: For a 2 nights stay, shutter service to Mall of Asia is a plus and the closed proximity to airport is another add-on
Cons: I would like to see a spotless bathroom and free WiFi, if you consider this as a 4 star hotel, WiFi should be a bonus amenities
Location: The location is close to Baclaran church, the MOA, CCP for a nightly breeze walk and the airport
I have an early flight to California and the hotel is 20 minutes away from PAL terminal, this being said, there is no pressure of beating the traffic to catch the flight. There is a shuttle service to Mall of Asia.

Pros: In the open area and close to the airport
Cons: Prizing bathroom cleanness. Clogging in the bathroom sink
Location: necessities around the area. Warned to be careful for pocket pickers most especially in a crowded area
Some renovation needed. Some molding noted in the bathroom

Close to where I needed to go.

Posted 09 21, 14
Pros: Good accommodation and situated close to where I needed to go.
Cons: Cleanliness and food choices for buffet.
Location: Near shops and the airport.
Generally OK. Was able to do a bit of shopping and found the travel to the airport is relatively shorter than hotels located in the CBD.

Close to the airport

Posted 09 20, 14
Pros: Friendly staff, fast housekeeping service.
Cons: Provide bathroom floor mats: daily supply of towels, face cloths even if the clients don't want housekeeping to clean the rooms; free wifi in the room
The reception area, the cafeteria and lobby were nice but the bathroom in the room my family was in was disappointing. The shower was clogged after 3 showers and they did't provide us with face cloths. But the staff were nice and their housekeeping top notch. Housekeeping delivers their service fast and very nice too. For a five star hotel the room was like a 3-star hotel and just like any 5 stat hotels they should offer free wifi. Still stay is ok.

Think Twice Before Booking!!!

Posted 09 20, 14
Pros: The staff was excellent! Prompt, cordial, attentive and pleasant.
Cons: Everything! The facilities are old and outdated including the room. The food is absolutely awful at the restauarant and breakfast buffet!!!
Location: Location is good if you want to be close to downtown and the Mall of Asia.
The hotel food is absolutely awful! The facilities are old and need to be updated. The room was clean, but out of date. The staff is excellent and that is there only redeeming quality. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! Pay the extra money for a more enjoyable stay somewhere else!

Excellent location, close to airport

Posted 09 18, 14
Hotel was a very good value, accommodations were at least 3 star level. Location was key, close to airport and Mall of Asia. One minor issue with the tub not draining, but hotel maintenance responded quickly and resolved issue (10 min, fastest response I've ever seen. And this was at 9 PM).

Overpriced for what it is.

Posted 09 16, 14
Its simply outdated. The restaurant is over priced. Its about $35USD/pp for the buffet. I reserved a room with a king bed and when I got there they advised they had none left and gave me a 2queens, but when I got to the room it was just a double. At this point I just wanted to sleep so I didn't bother to complain. But really they should offer a free upgrade not a free downgrade. It was a a non smoking room but it still smelled like smoke.

Reasonably Priced Hotel With Superb Service

Posted 09 14, 14
Pros: Service was the best everywhere I went--the front desk, the dining room, housing keeping, and the fitness center. Checking out was easy and fast.
Cons: A little more attention to returning with fresh towels.
This was my first visit to Manila, and I selected to spend a week's stay at the Heritage Hotel. Everything from checking in to checking out was fine--I encountered no problems at all.
