Highly recommended. I am so amazed how professional and friendly all Herald polaris staff. I enjoyed my stay. It's a beautiful hotel for a budget friendly price. Will definitely go back again here.

The service is impeccable and the comfort of the rooms and hotel is wonderful. Especially surprising are the delightful and exquisite architectural and decorative appointments of a type that one would normally only find in a way far more expensive hotel. This is a genuine wonderful value that will not disappoint you in the least.

staff are well trained in customer service - each one extending needed assistance to various concerns and requests from guests - they go out of their way to ensure a smooth and convenient stay

The early check in fee is too much. It’s the same rate with another night.
Otherwise it’s okay.

The hotel is nice and the staff are very helpful and polite. The free breakfast is very stingy even when they say breakfast for two and you are only , WiFi not very strong and struggl to download.
