No concierge to attend to checking in,had to bother Knightsbridge staff to contact rep.of HiHome re:arrival and checking out!!;no tub mat,very limited to no toiletries.

Watch out! Misleading location

I was looking for an apartment in Rockwell. However, the location on Hotels.com's map was misleading. It takes 20-30 mins (NOT 7 mins) uncomfortable walk to Power Plant. It's impossible to walk at night and traffic was very bad. Check-in process is troublesome as Hi-Home's receptionist doesn't station at the apartment. I had killed many cockroaches during my stays there. The room is lack of good maintenance. The only plus point was that all of their staff were very polite.

No hot water. TV not broken but no signal from cable box. Desk phone to call front desk broken. Front door lock is keypad and very loose on the door. A child could break open this lock. Worst of all Hi Home agent never showed up to give deposit back. Avoid any listing from Hi Home in Manila like the plague. The property itself is fine good location. Never had a problem booking units here on AirBnB or with Orbitz through Zen Homes. Avoid Hi Home listings.

A gentleman named Jingle Bacani helped me beyond that of normal staff when I arrived. I would like to commend him on his professional attitude and bearing during my entire stay. Thank you!!!

帰国のフライト時間が早いので、AM3時にチェックアウト予定でお願いしていたのですが、4時前まで待っていたのですが、担当の職員が来られず、飛行機の時間が迫ってきたので、ポストに鍵を入れて出ました。 デポジット4000ペソを返して貰えないです。 帰国してからメールが来て確認すると、チェックアウトは12時なのに、なんで部屋にいないとメールがありますた。 早くホテルを出るので3時に来る約束をしていたのに大変不愉快な対応でした。 デポジットを返して欲しいです。
