Very clean , staff are super friendly and helpful. The only thing is the bathroom is so tight or too small .

Service was perfect. Your concierge was very good. In the way they put themselves out to help find where I needed to go and how I to get there and organising me a Grab.

A modern, spacious and well-equipped room was not what I expected. Shower was excellent, and the air con was powerful. Perfect for an overnight transit.

The staff was great. They helped us get our luggage through the walk way to terminal 3. We just gave the person helping and the security a tip. It was well worth it.
