The check-in was a nightmare. The guards at the front gate will not let us in!! We hit a dead end. There was no help desk. There was no communication between the property owner and expedia. We were required a QR code, which were not provided to us prior. We have a pay an extra night to get a temporary unit for the night, it was so late. The security officer suggested to get us a condo from a 3rd party seller. I have travelled the world, Europe, USA and central America. This is the worst check in ever! The next morning, I got wifi from the current unit and got hold of the previous booking. The phone number found in expedia is not the same as the owners’. No matter how many times I called, it was unattended. Expedia operator finally gave me the owner’s contact and got the QR code. The first 24 hours was spent on moving, our stuff from the temporary unit to the other. Expedia can improve by providing a QR code at least 2 days prior to check in, or the owner themselves, which did not seem to care, we were stuck at the gate! And 4-5 armed men stopped our exhausted selves. AZURE NEEDS A HELP DESK! These people acted like it never happened before.. which I’m sure happened a thousand times! Beautiful Amenities… Clean and picturesque. No available visitor parking…hit or miss

Waited for hours before I was able to check-in. Information about check-in process and protocols are not communicated very well. The units in this condo residences are privately owned and are subject to strict compliance. Amy was nice and accommodating however the experience was completely disappointing. This will be my first and last booking in this property.

Very Clean, Very new, quiet. Nice view from balcony Kitchenette a plus. 10 minute walk to SM (Bicutan) mall. Fast wifi. Strong hot water. Gigantic pool. Bed covers/blankets too thin, cold. Bed uncomfortable. AC position inconvenient uncomfortable- was blowing AT the bed and AT us while we were sleeping. Hair dryer would be a pleasant addition to the kitchenette equipment (indusction heater, Microwave, electric kettle, induction stovetop cooker, a pot, plates bowls and eating utensils I was shocked that the place demanded 3 original valid photo IDs (2 for guest pass and 1 for guest parking). They did not want photocopies! I was very uncomfortable with this procedure! Tip to future renter- make note of contact phone number and better call it prior to showing up at property. The "front desk" is for condo owners, not for daily renters. The contact number on Orbitz booking is for the contact person/organization running the daily rental

Middle of nowhere

Looking nice, but terrible and very confusing place. Only pool was exellent and nothing else. We stay there for 5 nights and never more. Had cold shower every day, no hot water, air-condition didn't working.... reception people said, have have nothing with that, we have to contact a 'contact person' but nobody give a number from contact person..... anyhow no more there.

Dear Sir/Madam, Please refer our previous message i put my contact number at the undersigned. The maintenance of Azure are 24 hours working maintenance for plumbing and electrical. Mam You have the intercome to your unit, anytime you can call to the concierge for assistance how to SWITCH ON the Power of Water Heater. Regarding the Aircondition Issue after your check out I personally check your unit, and i found out that the Aircondition unit you put to High Fan and 5 temperature. Therefore our AC is working they operate wrongly. Im sorry for any inconvience caused. You inform the AC problem and water heater problem during your check out. Next time if you can see the intercom to your unit pls call the concierge for assistance. Thanks & Regards,
