No hot water! If it would be based on international standards, water would be warmer.
All in all, staff are very courteous.

Staff were professional, helpful, warm and friendly. Ella at the front desk was very accommodating to our needs.

Really beautiful apartment! Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. Room was perfect - only downfall was the slow elevator.
