Reception full with childrens bossy adetued they will trid you like a stupid person actually they act like they helping you but thats it. For the fairness hotel and rooms are clean but tv have a lot of statics and can not watch anything and they showed up next day TV did not get fixed. Food test and quality terible they do not know diferance from capichino to latte. They will try to avoid get you to the manager and still Manger all says sorry but I felt to just to move on with complains there are much better chiper and more quality hotels around.

The rooms were nice clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast was awesome.

Room with a view on the 9th floor. Staff told me it was an upgrade. They checked us in early for half-day price. Room was nice, well-appointed and maintained. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well and as quiet. I enjoyed the pool on the 6th floor.
Minor peeve: the jacuzzi temperature was too low even in the evening when it should have reached optimum temperature.

Great location
Posted 16 Feb 2024 on HotelsOverall the hotel is good for the cost. Great location with numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was very good. Hotel staff are very friendly. Clean comfortable room with good bed and shower. Only issue was one of the elevators was not working the entire ten days, so sometimes it took a while to get the elevator.
