Posted 8 Feb 2020 on HotelsThe pictures are false do not be mislead Nothing is close it is a taxi ride to the pools and you have to pay and there is a big line and not part of the complex no lift 3 flights of steps with big luggage no good
It is just a room in a complex full of residents living there
You are a foreign beinng in a alien landscape

Very confusing review! You appear to have reviewed wrong lodging. We have ground floor and first only, we don't have any apartments 3 flights of stairs.
Pool here is free use, or or most guests choose the Waterpark in the next street. Open day and night swimming.
Foreigner being in an alien landscape? There are a great many foreigners living and raising family's here, all happily living in a very quiet area, mingling with all of the local owners.
Anyway, you have reviewed wrong lodging, please delete

Hello good day. At the moment, Expedia and ourselves are searching for any record of stay here, by guest that name. You appear to have reviewed the wrong lodging.
We have 4 room types, all are exactly as photographed. The room which is allocated to you, depends on number of persons, arrival day availability etc.

I liked the security personal that were always there at the entrance to the subdivision and around the premises. The small kitchen cafe has excellent breakfast and other dishes. The laundry has good machines and people to take care of things for you. Small convenience stores within walking distance. The manager and his staff were always available if you needed something. The WiFi was reasonably working most of the time. Room service & minor maintenance issue were quick and perfect. It was a good choice.

Uhmm no!. Photos are exact, both of the rooms and attractions around us. As you saw when you entered your room, exact as per photos.
By the way, you failed to check-in, very rudely entering and occuping a room 40 minutes prior to check-in, without speaking to anyone. You also failed to check-out, leaving our door unlocked and wide open.
Please extend some courtesy to your hosts on future stays, which won't be back here again, your behaviour was rudest i have seen form a guest in a very long time.
