Upon arrival they couldn't find our reservation by name which was ridiculous. They offered me a sheet of paper to call the other holiday inn nearby to see if they had me instead of calling themselves which would have been proper customer service. Another attendant told me they didn’t have my reservation and then they finally said oh we already had you checked in.
If I was there on a quality control inspection I would have rated them poorly. People out of uniform, the elevator to the right had mechanical issues with the door and both needed to be cleaned, bathroom wasn’t clean (hair in the tub). Come on. Their function is hospitality.
Two saving graces were the nice man who gave me shaving cream - he was very kind and the adjacent diner.
I can’t believe I paid all that money for this kind of service. Never again will we atay at a holiday inn.

Nice property but in an industrial area. There's a good restaurant attached and options very close by.
Good bang for the buck.
Friendly staff. They don't monitor the check in desk too closely nor have a way to alert them you are there.
Mone the less. they are helpful and knowledgable.

Along side our attached diner open 6am - 10pm, there's also a 24 hour fitness center, heated pool and hot tub as well as an airport shuttle to carry our guest to and from the airport between 4am -11pm. I understand you may not have seen front desk staff present at all times but there is a bell that can be rung to alert them when they are in the back or happen to step away for a few moments. Rooms are comfortable. Location near airport with shuttle service is very convenient.
