Staff was excellent and professional. The room is smallish by North American standards, but spotless and with clever storage options. Lots of hot water, and a very generous breakfast included: toast/yogurt/oatmeal/eggs/beans/sausage/croissant/8 varieties of machine coffee/cereals and fresh fruit. We stayed in a bank holiday weekend without knowing there was a marathon and a soccer team parade happening, so the area was full of a lot of revellers. We didn't feel unsafe, but it was overwhelming. That's a unique situation though. The hotel is handy to grocery stores and a Boots pharmacy, but we had no fridge in the room.

Hotel in good situation easy walking to city centre and transport links, parked my car for 3 nights in( Q park on first st nice car park felt really secure recommended only 5 min walk to hotel ). hotel clean and tidy staff very helpful, good English cooked breakfast lots of it, my room was clean and tidy nice bathroom, 25 min walk to AO arena, would stay again.

I was so happy with this hotel. I booked a “budget” hotel so wasn’t expecting too much, but this honestly surpassed my expectations. The whole hotel was clean, rooms were a great size, the complimentary breakfast was lovely and the staff were all very friendly. I definitely would return!

Hotel was in a good location but the website states parking is Onsite. This is not the case - it is in a Europarks Car Park a few minutes walk away.

Had a damp smell. Room was not serviced on one of my days stay.

Room was cold though. Couldn’t adjust the temperature as it was centrally controlled.
