Fantastic property, very unique right on the water . So peaceful and the staff were tremendous, special mention to Sarah and Ahmed ☺️ . Thank you all for making my birthday so special

Everything was lovely but not all staff were friendly. Some don’t smile or seem happy to be working there.

Beautiful room with the ocean view, good restaurants with the view and clean sandy beach!!! And a very relaxing spa!
The staff was very professional and great room service! We are happy that we stayed there and created beautiful memories.

We had a wonderful vacation experience. Hotel/Resort is beautiful and the staff extremely accommodating, service exceptional!!
I have only two complaints …..the coffee shop had an awful odor, just terrible very unappetizing. I was looking forward to grabbing a cup in the morning but it was impossible to even walk in the shop.
My other complaint is, although the beach is beautiful it does not look as presented in the pictures. I am not sure if the hurricane in the past had anything to do with the fact that the beach area is extremely narrow. It is not spacious to relax, and gets crowded very easy. Only one row of chairs will fit across the beach
I did even see and lounge chairs as pictured - disappointing.
