Palau Hotel
Posted 11 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was conveniently located with several restaurants in walking distance. The staff was helpful. Omelets were made to order at breakfast. However, there was very little fresh fruit, only orange slices everyday (we stayed here twice, before and after our drive boat trip). Kayaks were fun for $20/day with excellent areas to explore. Wi-Fi was good in the room but spotty in the lobby.

We have been returning to this property many times over the past 20 years, The breakfast has declined in selection and taste. Further for people traveling from the US they should take into account the horrible flight schedules and adjust their prices accordingly.

Had a great day the staff was amazing. The only downside was the pool was closed for maintenance while we were there.

Overpriced for a dated hotel. It was a bit annoying that a Bentley and Rolls Royce blocked the entry to the hotel on a daily basis. The food was mediocre at best and expensive. However, the front desk was helpful and polite.

Lovely hotel surrounded by beautiful waters! The staff are so friendly (as are all the people of Palau we’ve noticed). Food is delicious and varied. We loved kayaking and snorkeling all around; amazing how many fish there are just here in the lagoon.
Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely staff here again!!!

Beautiful grounds and snorkeling to see a plane wreck and giant clams from the hotel beach. Breakfast was good and the wait staff was great! Front desk clerks were prompt to help with anything we needed (towels, umbrella, etc.). The room was modern and clean. Will stay here again if return to Palau
