Service is slow. Checkin was 4pm, we arrived at 5pm and still had to wait for another 2 hours to get our room. Room was not in best condition. Bathroom sink had a leak. We asked to change to another room and paid for an upgraded room to get the full view. When we moved to the new room, we discovered that the air conditioning sensor was not working. We spent the first night in a freezing cold room trying to adjust the temperature to the highest temperature thinking it will work. Over all rating is three because of the location. Otherwise, this hotel based on its condition and service is surely a one star

Close proximity to Mosque. It has inside path to Mall. But bathrooms are not in good conditions. They charge for milk for tea or coffee in the room
