There was an unusual odor in our room entire time. It took a very long time to check in. The rooms have two large columns that make the room very cramped and uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel in great central location right in the heart of the city centre. Good breakfast, good well equipped but small gym. Second time staying here and will definitely stay again.

The staff is excellent in every way, but the rooms are not comfortable there are no drawers to put your clothes, room is small not even a table to eat. Didn’t like it.

Excellent location. Right on Gran Via. Lots of shopping around. Right beside the metro. We were given welcome drinks. The room is so nice. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend!

Pros: quiet room, comfortable bed
Cons:
Small room
inconsistent housekeeping, sometimes water delivered, sometimes not. Sometimes towels provided, sometimes not.
Elevators not working and there are nine flights of stairs to the water and ice source, not to mention having to come and go from property.
I would not stay here again.
