Good but not great
Posted 19 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe were excited at first. Everything seems very good until when we were ready to sleep. We could clearly hear noise from the hallway, someone talking, or even yelling. I got woke up a few times. The noise reduction needs absolutely improvement.

Great location for sightseeing. Staff services were great and everyone was very caring. We will stay this place again when we visit Macau.

Check in was fast and efficient, staff super friendly very welcoming and accommodating. Received complimentary treats. Great stay, clean, comfortable, high standards.

I stayed for three nights, we were upgraded to a lovely big suite, on our last night I fell sick and felt awful the next morning, my wife went to ask the staff if we could have an extra hour to checkout and they told us we could stay until 8pm to rest at no extra cost. All round the staff were helpful and the hotel was great. I would highly recommend.

Marvellous with one tiny flaw
Posted 5 Apr 2023 on HotelsFabulous location and facilities, room was huge, lovely little touches everywhere (the maid even rolled up the power cables and provided a cable tie) great breakfast and minibar. My only criticism was the lack of a rosehead shower as the shower head was a little low for me.
