The front desk, bell boys and housekeepers were professional, kind, and helpful. The hotel room is clean, and well-equipped. Bed is comfortable and there is a pillow menu too. The balcony faces Sands Macau and it's got great view.
We had an afternoon tea set at Café Bela Vista, Artyzen Macau and we were unfortunately left underwhelmed. While the presentation was visually appealing, the taste fell short of our expectations. The sweet items were overpoweringly sweet, and the savoury items had a strange flavor profile that didn't quite work for us. The combination of flavours and textures didn't quite come together, and we found ourselves struggling to finish the set.
Nonetheless, The Naam Thai restaurant at Artyzen Macau was excellent with great services and scrumptious food.
Overall, we would still recommend this hotel!

A family oriented non casino 5 stars hotel. We traveled from US with a baby to Macau and really wanted to stay at a non casino hotel that would still give an outstanding service. We stayed at MGM Cotai, Galaxy Cotai and Wynn Macau before, Artyzen Hotel was definitely my favorite. Also finally a true non smoking room for us. At casino hotel, even non smoking still smells like cigarettes in many rooms.
Location:
Artyzen is a beautiful hotel with history and Portuguese flare that is located to the central of Macau. It is a walking distance or quick taxi ride to the ruins of Saint Paulo and many local attractions. Sands hotel and fisherman harbor are next door if you want the casino scene. Many other local shops and convenient stores close by as well. You get to have a taste of different scenes that Macau has to offer.
Property:
We booked a suite and an extra room for my mom. The suite was beautifully decorated and spacious. They even offered baby bathtub at check in. The hotel itself was gorgeous and we enjoyed visiting all the restaurants on site during our one week long stay. Highly recommend the Thai restaurant and Bella Vista Cafe.
Hospitality:
This is what got me to my heart…the people, the staff. They truly care. From making the reservation to arrival check in, from every dining experience to our daily encountering with the housekeeping service, every staff I have met was courteous, professional and thoughtful. Their attention to details made us felt so special.

Amazing staff and attention to details. The entire staff body was so welcoming and friendly, the live music night duo at the bar (which had great drinks as well) was wonderful and interacted with the guests frequently. They even sang for my boyfriend as they brought out a birthday cake for us (I had informed the hotel the stay was for a birthday celebration for my partner).
Overall, wonderful property with lots to do and memorable team, I will stay here next time I come to Macau.

Just next door to Sands, so there's easy access to the Kotai area via shuttle buses. Also easy to use shuttle buses to the different piers so I can also transit to other casino hotels using other shuttles. Walkable to bus stops to take many different numbers to tourist attractions and heritage sites. Nice area that's quiet at night but it's along the main road, so it's not dangerous or seedy. Appreciate the polite and considerate staff. Mom got injured due to 2 falls (she tripped over the lobby carpet and the blanket) and hotel staff checked in on her, gave us complimentary fruit platter, booked taxi for our transfer to airport, even extended our check out timing for our convenience and comfort. It's a great place to stay! Will surely come back next time we come to Macau! Room is roomy and comfortable. Love the toilet with tub and shower area separated. Beds are also bouncy but firm enough. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

Right next to Sands, very convenient, walkable to other casinos and other attractions. The room is good condition as well just not very good sound proof, can hear very clearly if talking
