Everything was clean, and the staff was amazing. Especially the girls behind the counter.

I always stay at La Quinta when I travel, but this one is not a good representation of the franchise. When we arrived our room door was open, like really open. I asked the front desk and they were fine with switching our room out. Got the new room and the sheets were stained and the room was not cleaned, had not been cleaned in months. Went to the front desk first thing the next morning, housekeeping came but only changed one bedding and I had to actually clean our room. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but I was disappointed in this stay

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast offerings were amazing! We stayed in the suite which will be our choice of sleeping arrangements from now on. The best we have experienced in Lynchburg.

Pet friendly hotel allowing dogs to stay on the same floor woke us up several times due to their barking.

I received a no smoking room that smelled like smoke as soon as I opened the door. I called front desk three times because something happened to my television and no one never came to my room to fix the problem. I paid a lot of money for this visit due to graduation and was disappointed with the lack of service. However staff was friendly.

We checked into the hotel and then left to get some food. When we came back, they had assigned our room we had checked into to another family who were in our room with our belongings when we got there. We all went back down and they assured us we had the room. We were there for three days and they never cleaned our room. We had to ask and they said they would but never did. We also got another room for my niece and when they checked into their room, it was dirty, had trash cans full of garbage and the ended up getting another room. Really disappointed I paid over $300 a night for these rooms and it was absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service. Will not stay there again.

Bathroom smelled like urine upon arrival. Housekeeping never came in three days. I called and asked for fresh towels and told by the desk to come get them myself. What was i supposed to do with the used linen and towels?
