The staff were very helpful and pleasant even when we checked in late. The hotel was very clean and a 7-10 minute walk to the Luton Airport.

Stopped here a few times. Next to the airport, so great location for it. Check in was very easy. Rayeem (hope my memory is correct) was extremely friendly and pleasant. Quieter than you would expect and other people were considerate through the night.(I had some bad news late at night and didn't sleep). Got up at 4.30 and went down for the 'Grab and Go' breakfast and was pleasantly surprised that you could sit and have cereals and hot coffee along with croissants and muffins.

Just extremely hot in room, no chance of getting nights sleep. Ac was on but just blowing hot air.

I’ve stayed here twice and half to say it’s a great hotel. Great breakfast and love they serve food. The staff is friendly and the rooms are well appointed with comfy beds and pillows. My impression is that this hotel is particularly well managed to provide the experience they do.

I Arrived at 2am and the receptionist was extremely helpful and efficient. The room was clean and tidy. I had a good stay and would be sure to come again.
