The room and the duvet smelled to cigarettes. The shower was very very weak, very hard to use.

Near to Luton station Receptionist and door security. Extremely basic shower bed and a TV out of character with room. No mirror, no clothes hanging, room tired bathroom tired. No decor, bright green exit light. Didn't feel door to bedroom would be secure

The place is very simple but useful as what it is. A place to sleep in between flights.

If you like luxuries like ventilated rooms, natural light, darkness when you sleep and a hot shower in the morning.. this hotel is not for you The floors were filthy, the mattress made of concrete and the bathroom pod was not clean The one staff member I dealt with was nice The 24/7 manned reception is the only really good thing about the place and maybe the location

Due to flight cancellation, I was not able to stay in this place. I showed the hotel evidence through expedia but still rejected to give me a refund.

To be realistic, they have a bad heater with strong cold in the area and it was not logical to use frozen water in the bathrooms.

Clean Rooms, great location, friendly staff

Beds looked small but were very good and extremely comfortable. Only downside was the bathroom appeared worn with orange paint everywhere
