Property is well maintained for the most part. Kids pool was closed a few days during our stay. The buffett food was average but the dinner reservations were excellent.

Our stay was great! The staff were amazing, the food was actually good for a resort and we were attended to at all times. There were one or two scheduling issues on the 3/4th night but they were resolved quickly! We especially loved our last night’s dinner server Calvin Green at Montego Bay Buffet. Calvin Green was so sweet, accommodating, and spoke positivity throughout our evening! He kept our cups filled and ensured we had all we needed throughout our dinner.

This resort was not a great experience. My sister had a wedding here and was not treated well after bringing a huge party to their resort. The staff was either very rude or really nice but nothing was urgent to them. There were a lot of arrangements that did not occur or failed to provide. The food was not good nor were the drinks. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this resort to others.

This is my 9th visit to this resort. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Jamaica. The room was updated and clean. The staff are always kind and willing to help. Yoga by the beach is great, dancing at the Infinity Bar is awesome and the food is delicious.

The staff was excellent and extremely courteous. The property is beautiful and the main pool is like no other. The room seemed recently refurbished and had a nice new feel to it, however, the furniture seemed like the same previous furniture. Food was great and the buffet had good variety. Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
