I was unable to check in at check in time due to rooms being dirty. It was 2.5 hours after check in time when my room was finally ready and I was not offered any type of compensation. Will not return.

One issue with a room neighbor being extremely loud throughout the night but that was not the hotel’s fault. Very nice place!

We stayed for 10 days in preparation for a granddaughter's wedding. It is very clean and the desk staff is outstanding. Every time we needed assistance, they were there to ensure our issue was addressed. The only small issue we had was trying to get the housekeeping staff to understand when we needed attention to our room. There was no sign for "make up room", only for privacy. Their English was almost non existent which is fine, but even when we would leave word at the desk that we needed turn down or towels, it was missed. Small inconvenience for a great stay. Thank you.

The hotel provided a very good and pleasant experience for us. The drive from the Estes Park area was very enjoyable and stay was well worth the affordable cost.

Property is brand new…first rate for the price. A brew pub shares the same parking lot…better still. Check-in was sub-par. No one at the counter…no way to alert someone that you’re there without entering their back offices. Associate who ultimately came out and checked me in was very young, and needs some training. It’s called the “hospitality” industry for a reason. Be hospitable! I’m sure the associate is a very nice person, but they need to be trained to engage and communicate with the folks staying at the property. Otherwise, very pleased with my stay. (And, for what it’s worth, my “complaint” is no big deal…just constructive criticism)☺️

We had never stayed in a suite like room and had all the soap and necessities needed. The best hotel we ever stayed in.
