Price was good but access to the Lourdes Grotto only for for young people. Very steep hill to residences.

I learned my lesson for the last time about not checking to see the pool temperature … It was freezing! Also the pool closes at 7 PM every single night. The one thing that made my son and I an easy walk into our room was that the hallways are completely blacked out until you move and then a light comes on automatically. But it’s very eerie every time we have to walk to and from the elevator to our room. I will definitely stay in town closer next time, or wish I would’ve stayed at Ibis. The only reason why I didn’t was because these guys had a pool which I didn’t get to go into.

Grand studio très bien pensé, offrant toutes les commodités pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Lit un peu dur. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'essayer la piscine, mais semble bien.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The sofabed was actually comfortable and the linens were very clean. It rained the day we were there, so we didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean and spacious. There is a really nice bakery just 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the main road. Delicious croissants and hot coffee! The hotel seems well designed and situated for people visiting the nearby downtown and Sanctuary of Our Lady which is just 15 minute walk away ... Lots of shopping and food. We really liked Casa Italia and Au Roi Albert for dinner. Would stay there again.

We arrived exhausted late at 9:30pm due to horrible Paris traffic. We did not understand the Zenitude email because it was in French so we’re surprised to be locked out.After trying the emergency number many time a Zenitude employee did not help. We were left stranded with no apologies or refund, just excuses! With the help of 5 Lourdes Good Samaritans we finally were helped by Hotel Raissy and Astrid who I highly recommend. Hotel Zenitude was cruel to us!!!!

Good morning,we had your reservation in ACACIA.we have sent you codes by mail with the contact you let on the reservation, you made.you did not let us any message because you called without the country code for france...so phone calls could not arrive.i had the emmergency phone with me, as i explained you, and somes guests phoned me during this night...so it was a problem with your phone.you had 3 nigths reserved and you did not came at the reception, to tell us something dring the 3 days.you prefered directly get in another hotel and you ask for a refound...you let us a bad commentary and you did note sleep in our establishment,the residence has booked the room, and everything was ok, it is not our fault, if you decided not coming during the stay.it never happens here with any guests,the mechancety is not the solution,best regards
