Los Angeles is just a dirty place. Traffic is bad. Homelessness is bad. Drivers are bad!!

The room was great but the property sits right next to Skid Row

Slept horrible alarm went off all night, and light flashed in window all

There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling. Window’s don’t seal properly so there was a lot of noise pollution from outside. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay! Great location with walkable food options and very spacious units!

It’s nice and clean spacious room, 2 beds, with kitchen. However the street is extremely noisy all night, dirty, no parking, unsafe.

The hotel itself is nice. The room I got was spacious and is near a lot of walkable spots for shopping, eating, and activities. However it being Los Angeles there is a lot of homeless and that also brings a lot of foul odors and a bit of some no safe areas to walk. Your drive to the hotel will be shocking if you haven’t been to this city recently or never. There is a lot! This hotel has cameras all around it. Its biggest downside is parking. It has no parking for itself but there is a parking garage literally right across from it. It costs $11 CASH. You will be asked to pay that again if your car stays overnight and isn’t out by 6am. However you can leave it there overnight and such. Just warning that you will have to pay again if it’s the next day and it’s after 6am.

The property itself was very spacious and with all amenities as advertised. Staff was helpful and always happy to answer questions.
Close to Metro station and quite few buses around. In central downtown LA. Lots of shops, bar, cafes, restaurants within walking distance.
All that said, and unrelated to the property itself, the area has a lot of homeless people, and although we did not have any trouble, generally it made us feel unsafe, especially in the evenings. I definitely would not have walked alone in this area.
