an arrival is always asked for a quiet room. We replaced by the pool and we’re in a room where the air-conditioning machine was broken and making sounds all night. Woke up with screaming kids by the pool. The advertising of 24 hour room services is a joke because half of the items on the menu were gone and as a chef after checking in looking forward to room service and not having anything available. That was decent was incredible. In addition once they brought the food, they forgot some items. You were not able to buy a cocktail so if you want you have to buy a whole bottle and it’s a premixed drink and it taste awful and they want to charge you $50 for it. in an awful experience, the room didn’t even have proper temperature. It was extremely loud and it stunk in there when we got into the room. It was like 80° and it smelled bad too. I’ve been to this property for many years and it’s gotten worse and worse. Every time I go there I will not be going back here. I am a cater I live in Lunada Bay Palos Verdes Estates I’m a local and I’ve sent to Renee at least 200 clients plus this was a absolutely disappointment experience and the worst part of it is they just wanted to throw 100 bucks back at me. Nobody wanted to validate my experience. In addition, upon arrival, they charge this for the room all over again and now they’re keeping our $888 for 10 days after paying and advance through you. And then they said they could not help us or reimburse us for anything because we used u
