I lost my ID I was with my two sons And even if i had other multiple things that said my name like debit cards, insurance, work ID, Costco card, a picture on my phone with my ID they did not allow me to get my room and refused to give me a refund. My children had to sleep in the car. Horrible experience with this place

The pool was not like in the pictures, it was very small and not clean, the room cleaning was definitely not for 3 days, the beds were a little small, but the hotel was generally quiet and calm, the full family hotel, but the cleaning was bad, not daily, the parking lot was usually empty and it was nice, the only thing I like was said that the pool, there is no room cleaning, there is a daily cleaning, but it definitely didn't happen.

Right next to Starbucks and with relax environment. Friendly staff. Close to the airport and easy driving to the airport. Big room with everything you need.

Staff members were nice, room was clean and plenty of parking. Overall, satisfied with stay but would not recommend a room with smoking unless you are a heavy smoker and the smell doesn’t bother you. I vape and opt for a nonsmoking room cause it was too much for me. Staff was accommodating but still not sure if there was a smoking area outside.
