Property is worth what you pay but surroundings are not that great

The property looks it’s Motel and not a hotel..
The surrounding area looked very sketchy at night when I got there..
Then went to the room it looked clean and tidy but there was this pee smell all over the place and I wasn’t able to sleep all night from it and the AC unit in the room was blasting and no way to turn it off ..
I would’ve been ok staying there if I was mentally prepared and the price was adequate to the place..
Overall I had a very bad night and I would absolutely not come here again and don’t believe the pictures online.
