The property its self is great, security a bit tight but understandable. I was preparing my belongings to check out when someone from room services opens my room door while me and my fiance were still inside, that would be the only negative thing I experienced.

Nice hotel, a bit of a shame no room service but that aside a perfect hotel to explore LA

It was a great experience, the staff there made us feel welcome and went above and beyond for everything without hesitation! Next time we go to California we know where we are staying at!

Solid stay, great room. Only concern is that the suite bathroom needed to be aired out / sanitized, as it smelled like mildew. Extremely friendly & helpful front desk staff. Valet was fast and friendly as well. Comfortable bed.
