Management, cleaning crew and handyman was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and stocked with towels and toilet paper.

Roaches, dirty floors, stained bed sheets. There is a employee that has a big head. Due to roaches I had asthma attacks and that night was not refunded as told.

Management let me stay many days paid and took payment and then suddenly I pay online and they will not allow me to check in with no reason no refund no cause I did nothing and they cannot answer as to why and they want to keep my payment and I never was able to stay in the room. This is fraudulent. This is unprofessional and they don’t care. The manager Christina at the Rosemead location, lied, gave me the runaround and then ignored and refused to return my money for something that was never explained and never just no cause no reason no rhyme and try blaming it on Expedia and Expedia kept passing it back to her I went back-and-forth and never got my refund then in the end why the Lupe in the office lied and said that I was a no-show For my booking which is an out and out lie and they are keeping my money so they think because I won’t leave this alone. They are going to return my money no matter what that is just Shiesty.

Clean, ample parking, close to a gas station and a pretty good Asian buffet.
Nice pool, good vending options.
Been to a lot of Motel 6's, this is one of the better ones. Great value.
