Very convenient for train travelers and wonderfully close to the Plaza at Olvera Street and several museums. Very helpful desk staff.

Unique property in process of renovation-all we needed was a clean bed and hot shower-we got a clean bed but no hot water and no shelf in the shower for soap etc-stayed less than 12 hours, decent rate so I guess we got what we paid for

This was good for my one night stay so I could catch a train at Union Station the next morning. No frills, scratches and wear and tear on most things, but clean and comfortable for a one night stay. I would stay here again if I was in the same situation, but wouldn't want to stay here for my entire trip.
