A beautiful hotel and the staff was great. However, our original room had a musty smell and we later feared there might be bed bugs. Management moved us to a much better smelling room and checked out the possibility of bed bugs. They said there were none. The hall carpeting on the 4th floor was really dirty. Looked like it was beyond steam cleaning. For such a gorgeous hotel, this should not be acceptable. Staff members, specifically Sharmaine, the manager, YCynthia and Conrad bell people, and Lawson and Arthur at the front desk were all wonderful.

It's located on the UCLA campus, making it the best choice if you are visiting the school. The hotel is close to everything UCLA and has many dining options within walking distance. The premises are clean, and the staff are helpful and courteous.

Wonderful property very clean service was impeccable. Very nice restaurant close to the Medical Center, which was important.
