Good location. But the room was not clean and very noisy.

The first night I stayed, the hotel on the second floor had a party from 6 pm to midnight, the party was so loud we could hear at the 5th floor, I wouldn’t book the hotel if I know they have a event until nightlight. Also my daughter said the next room was made loud noise until 2:00 am, so she had to call the security to stop them.

They cancelled my appointment because they told us the manager put on a blacklist, but the manager nevet told us we did anything against the hotel's policy to get on the blacklist. When an Expedia representative called about the hotel initiated cancellation, they told the representative we tried to check-in early which was not true because we tried to check-in at 8 pm. This was a BIG inconvenience, and I am very disturbed this incident happened.

Floor looks like they were never vacuumed. Walls are cracked with ugly patch areas. Looks like a beat up garage. Surrounding area in middle of seedy China town. Doesnt deel safe at all.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the Monterey Park, a vibrant business district in the Chinese community, on the bustling south side of Garvey Avenue.
