This reservation was crappy they put me on the third floor originally but after someone tried to enter my room I had to call the police. Even after that, it took four hours to change the room. The front desk clerk stated that it was a system malfunction, but the hotel manager (in the morning), assured me that they could have switched rooms and dealt with "the system" later. Not the experience I expected from such a highly rated hotel.

Pros: The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The morning buffet breakfast was very good including scrambled eggs, waffles (you cook them), sausage, fruit, cereal, etc. Each day there is something added a bit different. The rooms on the opposite side of the freeway were very quiet. Room maintenance and housekeeping were very efficient. Very close to multiple restaurants, stores and to Magic Mountain. Cons: We originally reserved two rooms, one was to be an accessibility room with shower accessories. We were given two identical rooms without any shower accessories. We were told there was only one full accessibility room, which had already been reserved by someone else. Both of our rooms had a bath bar to help stand up, but this is not an accessibility room. The two rooms we were originally given were facing Highway 5. Warning, there is traffic noise with no sound muffling windows. We were there for four nights, so after the first night, we requested rooms on the opposite side of the freeway and we were given them. Our original rooms were both King size beds rooms with large space for relaxing, which were apparently not available on the opposite side of the building so we were given two rooms with two queen beds in each. We were told the rate for a King or two queens was the same. The listed cons were not critical for us, but not what was expected. After the first night, we did enjoy our stay.

it was a quick stop for sleep but was clean and staff was friendly
