I stayed for 3 days and I wasn’t expecting much due to the other reviews. It’s not a huge 5 star hotel but it was quiet and I was comfortable. The room was a little small but overall still comfortable. It wasn’t the best view outside. The staff were great, check in was simple and they placed a hold of $100 on my card which was removed the day after I left (other hotels kept the hold for days/weeks).

Have stayed here before. Room was clean and large king mattress. Only thing missing is a large mirror.

Small and unassuming but beautiful inside. Lots of nearby food options too.

Competant hotel in downtown LA. This is as good as it gets without paying absurd amounts of money.

Noisy and they charge $40 for the parking.
The noise coming from upstairs/next room it was the house keepers moving their carts and vacuuming early in the Morning.
After a long drive night people want to sleep and rest but the noises keep waking us up.
Room was small and it was clean

Great location in DTLA with nearby food and the museum district just a five minute walk away. A bit older property that can be noisy and rooms are a bit cramped and basic but the room rate reflects that.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. (He seemed to work the night shift)
Around 3AM there was a surge of lots of screaming and yelling within the hotel that lasted a few minutes which was extremely annoying. Along with this we were woken up by an employee around 8AM (after going out the night before) and we did have do not disturb put on our door. I will say that for the price the room sizes are very small.
