Stayed here one night the day before our cruise. Very nice property however the noise from other guests and doors slamming was loud and echoed while we were trying to go to sleep at 10pm. Otherwise beautiful hotel, great customer service and free shuttle service to the cruise port.

Property was clean and had a lot of nice sitting areas. Check in process was not as smooth had clerk charge to different credit cards same amount.

The things I like about Hotel Maya is the location. We were leaving on a Carnival cruise and Hotel Maya is very close. We weren't able to secure the "Park and Stay" option, but the location is close. The check-in process was very easy and the cookies they gave us were great.
What I didn't like about Hotel Maya was the dirtiness of the floors. I had taken my shoes off once we were in the room and the bottoms of my feet were filthy dirty when I wen to bed. I felt like the room we stayed in this time was smaller than others we've stayed in previously. There must be different sized rooms.
