Our room wasn’t ready for another 30 minutes when our check in was at 3pm. We got there at 3:50ish pm to check in so a little later than 3 and you would think our room would be ready right? Well it wasn’t ready until until 4:20ish. We were upset about this

Parking cost $28.00 The room rate was higher than quoted when I booked the room.

The staff working the food beverage area, the bar, and serving plus the front desk were great.

Parking was not free the TV you have to pay for and no free breakfast some of the staff at the front desk were cold and sharp

Didn’t like having to pay for parking after paying a lot for the room. Don’t understand why you have to charge to park when you book a room.
