I did NOT like the $30/night non-negotiable "facilities fees". If I can't decline the services to avoid the fees, then the fees should be added to the list price of a night's stay.

I've stayed at this property three times now over a 4 year period and love it each and every time. The rooms are beautiful and clean, friendly staff, great food and bar, beautiful pool and gym area. Walkable to shops/food.

The property was great. Two blocks from Otis College. Easy to stay at.
Rooms should have black out shades and sound machines if you are staying next to the road.

My new go to hotel when visiting downtown La. Everything was great. I even got upgraded to a suite. We had a blast. It was so nice and clean. The staff was amazing everyone was so professional. Walking distance to so much. We went to Lakers game and it was only a 5 min walk. I will be back soon

The stay here was incredible, they have everything you need to provide. They are very friendly and help you all the time, even with your luggage. I would always come back!
