We stayed there because my son was getting married at a venue nearby. We also had the rehearsal dinner there and it was excellent. They upgraded us to a bigger space than we initially arranged, and it was superb. All the staff, the bartenders were wonderful. The only problem was they didn’t clean our rooms even when we left for the wedding. I contacted house managers the next day as we were leaving and they took off the fee for that and that most guests notify housekeeping to let them know when it was okay to clean the room!? Overall, mostly positive

I really liked staying here! Very nice hotel. Very modern and clean as well. Just not in the best area is all😅

This is a great and beautiful hotel. It’s a hidden gem and a great community. I highly recommend it for anybody who needs to either come in for business or pleasure.

We got upgraded to the casa suite and it was perfect. Pool was beautiful and calm, breakfast was delicious

Historic hotel in DTLA with decent amenities and a cool bar area. Walking distance to some good restaurants and the Staple Center.
