The Hotel Erwin was an older property but it was very walkable.

Excellent stay! Extremely nice staff! Great vibes!!
Room was ok. It was very clean and that’s important to me!
Couldn’t enjoy rooftop in the evenings, bc heaters didn’t put off enough heat for us. Others seemed to enjoy it and it was a nice setting and view!
One morning of free breakfast was included and the buffet staff was very nice and provided great service in a FAST paced environment!
Location is exceptional for all the Venice entertainment and also a short walk to Abbott Kinney, which is a must visit!
Hated the amenities fee… no pool or gym & wasn’t interested in the other things, mainly because it was not the warmest outside. Wish we could be refunded for it, TBH..
In summary-solid 4.3/5 based on all of the above. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Location is excellent, but furniture and carpet in suite were very worn and housekeeping was poor. Plus resort view came as a surprise for a property with no resort amenities. Have stayed before but probably will not go back.

Staff was great but $150 ! Night for incidentals and $40 a night for whatever is just robbery. So i paid $670 for 3 nights before i even got there plus the $150 & $40 charge.
Wayyyyy tooo much money and they try to entice you but putting all these drinks and food in your room to get you. They dont tell you any of this before you go. Oh yeah not to mention $132 charge when you leave .. never never never never again
