Overall a good bang for your buck the room was clean and spacious. However we had an issue with the water not getting hot. It took over an hour to get the problem situated. Even talking to the staff we wanted to speak to a manager and we were told she’s aware of the situation but we can only contact her via email. Eventually the situation was resolved and no type of compensation for the inconvenience

Property was OK for the price. The problem we had was getting our security deposit refunded. The staff said that it was fully refunded on the morning of our departure but our bank says this did not happen. Seems the hotel did not know how to cancel the pending transaction properly. Wasted may communications with the hotel trying to get the problem fixed. I saw another review where someone said the same thing - hard to get their security deposit refunded so not good. Other hotels and car hire places had no problems. We eventually got our money by our bank cancelling the pending transaction.

Terrible place. Booked through Expedia. Was charged by facility for extra fees. Parking etc.
