If you want to try to check in early, don’t. Got in about 1:30pm, front desk told me they would let me know when the room became available. I was never notified and saw the front desk checking in MULTIPLE people before me, even after I had been waiting for 90 minutes. Another red flag came when a cockroach went running across the lobby floor as I was checking in. Property is old, dirty carpet, VERY outdated rooms. Shower was also broken when we got into our room. Multiple people were having the same issue in other rooms. Had to check with the front desk 3 different times for maintenance ETA, took them HOURS to fix. Have never had trouble with Holiday Inn stays elsewhere and was very disappointed here. Would never stay or recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone.

People were nice here and helpful. But why so low I found cockroaches in my room. Didn’t see them whenever I came in but once in room started seeing them. Very disappointed because I paid a lot for my room. If it didn’t have cockroaches room and place would be perfect for people to stay at.

I was pretty surprised to see only one person helping guests check in. There was a few people waiting in line and it did take a little while for other employees to help out. Getting checked in went smoothly, however I was very disappointed when I receieved my room keys because the guests that were in line before me received some sort of a goody bag with "Thank you" written on the front of it, unsure of why or how I didnt get one. Was curious and a little confused as to what the difference was.
