No shuttle was available from the airport whereas other locations provided. The space and amenities were not as expected, considering the rate I paid.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Although we’re only a few minutes from the airport, the only hotels that provide shuttles are the ones near the airport, but we do have a lot of public transportation available, as well as Uber or Lyft. Also, I’m sorry that we didn’t communicate our amenities, but we do offer free breakfast, wi-fi, fitness center as well as printing services. We also provide free Keurig coffee for your Keurig machine in our rooms, in addition to the microwave and fridge. We appreciate your feedback and we will definitely use it to continue improving our services. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

Everyone was extremely friendly from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew!

Great customer service, very clean room with super comfy pillows and bed! Nice size shower and loved the mirror! Lol
Had good breakfast options and breakfast area. Room we stayed in was super quiet, helps that the hotel has a quiet policy after 9pm which is GREAT! The only downfall is having to pay $30 or $35 for parking in the parking garage at the hotel property. Overall, I personally highly recommend this location. My family and I had a good experience.

Everything was great! Staff was helpful, only downside was that since our room was right next to the freeway it can be noisy.
