Although I’m unsure what I was charged $12.43 for after checkout because I prepared and the customer service person didn’t mention it…my overall good experience!

The first room that we were given smelled like human waste. The second room we were given, we couldn’t get in because the keys didn’t work. The third room had gnats in the bathroom sinks and bugs in the bed. That was the last straw, we checked out and went home.

Shuttlebus from airport disappointing. Driver didn't indicate verbally when he got to the hotel and only told passengers when they had got to the stop after (a car park) so had to return to hotel to drop us off. Mentioned to hotel receptionist.

The property is very nice but be aware you will be charged $300 at check-in also my whole stay the WiFi and tv did not work so both of those things were very disappointing
