Our stay was quiet. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and supplies. Very courteous staff and friendly room service and cleaning staff. The property isn’t fancy and room has no microwave or refrigerator which we would have appreciated, otherwise everything else was great. We had a wonderful stay.

BEWARE!!!! Do not stay at four points you will regret it. I would’ve rather spent the night in a motel or my car than this hotel. The only nice thing in this hotel is the lobby other than that it’s probably up to the same standards or worse than a motel. Walls super thin you can hear the neighbors banging on the walls at 4 in the morning. Also no complementary parking be prepared to pay $55 each day you stay at that place

The hotel look horrible, everything was damaged. Tv didnt turn on. One of the lights was glitching. The iron was broken Bathroom dirty. Everything was old.

Pros: Goof shuttle service Cons: Not clean, outdated, uncomfortable bed. Overall, good for a night stay...when you are super tired between international flights and just need a bed to rest.

elevator seemed sketchy. door to room had problem closing.

I should in the center tower, but I got guide to the east elevator, the housekeeper help me to my room. my tissue box was wet, I called the guest services to get another box, I did ask if he knows my room number, he said yes, but I did not get my box in whole night. the shower switch is not in the correct way to show hot/cold, the room is clean, location is good.

Getting to the hotel from the airport is lacking in Signage. Forget calling the hotel it gets you in a 800 loop. Shuttle buses aren’t posted or direct number to hotel
