Had a great stay, vibrant hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms. A little loud at night but apart from that excellent.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t visit the rooftop and that was apart of the fee I had to pay. If you all have a private event to where your guests can’t utilize the facilities that’s supposed to be available for them then they should not have to pay that fee.

Service was terrible for the price you pay. We were not able to check in until 5pm and no one notified us. While waiting we got terrible service at the rooftop bar. Rooms were not very impressive either considering the cost. Never booking this hotel again.

Everything about my stay was very nice. The carpet in my room was very worn and torn near the transition in flooring types. Everything was very nice.
