The only disappointment was the very poor lighting in the bathroom and the lack of a shower mat which left the shower/tub floor extremely slippery.

The staff was super nice and responsive. The room was a little old style and appliances were also old and stiff but the rooms were pretty clean.

The employees are striking we were awake to blow horns which continued all day!!! We were told this has been ongoinv for a year but no one told us upln booking or at arrival

I was there for two nights and never got a visit from housekeeping, even though I was gone for the whole day.
