Excellent customer service, the room was very clean and organized, staff was very helpful all the time. Food was fantastic, we are looking forward to come back already! Thanks for the great service.

Never was mentioned anything about parking fees and no options whatsoever as to an alternative it was post up or go somewhere else also they were very rude unaccommodating.

Double tree not the same like it was before. Friendly and Great staff and service when it came to housekeeping and check in service. Unfortunately this is not the place If you need shuttle service to the airport. It is lacking in that area. Otherwise yes the delicious cookies are always a treat. Parking is a little excessive at 27.00 a night especially if you are not going to have shuttle service. They could have charged half a night and offer due to the no shuttle service. Will look at other options until they get shuttle service back. Otherwise it was a nice stay.
