A lot of messy or broken furniture, such as no shower curtain, door, broken cabinet, dirty walls, chipped and damaged table, no running water for hours due to a supposed broken pipe, and lack of a refund.

When we arrived at the hotel, everything seemed normal. I didn’t expect any luxuries because I know it’s a budget hotel, but I was definitely taken aback by several unpleasant surprises.
Here’s what happened:
1. Upon entering the room, there was a terrible smell, like dirt, humidity, and especially urine.
2. The carpet was very dirty, with large stains and in some places it was torn, making it unsafe to walk barefoot. I always had to wear crocs or something to get to the bathroom.
3. Speaking of the bathroom, it seemed like it had already been used; there was only one roll of toilet paper and it was already started, not new.
4. There were no towels or bath mats.
5. The smell was so unpleasant that we had to ask them to spray the room with air freshener and bleach.
6. There was no wifi; it never reached the room.
7. There was no hot water, so we couldn’t shower because we would have gotten sick from the cold water.
8. There was no TV service; there was a TV, but it didn’t work.
In the end, we were able to sleep, which was the important thing. But we really had a bad experience. The surprising part is that the staff didn’t offer any apologies or any kind of “discount” or anything.
I could go on about the poor condition of the hotel, but that’s not the point. I just want to focus on the poor service and the stay.

I paid for 5 nights but I only stayed 4, they did not refund me for the night I no longer stayed, the pool was too dirty, the area was very old and in poor condition.

Nice place it’s a motel affordable and in the heart of the city, it’s true it’s not that clean, but safety it’s safe, if you are born on the cotton I suggest don’t come to this place because you’re not gonna like it, but myself born in the ghetto, I can live with it and One thing I’d like the security deposit it’s cash $100 when you leave you get it you don’t have to wait, for the money to hit back your bank account

The only reason why I stayed there was for the free parking but never in my life have I ever seen anything like this not even in third world countries. And it was $125.

They need to remodel that place. New beds, new bathroom and lights also the Rug was dirty

This hotel is a mess very dirty holes in walls carpet inside room is filthy the house keeper was rude as hell we made reservations for 2 they only gave us 1 of each tile would never recommend
