Our check-in with Frank was not great. It seemed as though I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer during check-in. The hotel not having a pool or breakfast not even an on-site restaurant was a bust. Even if you ordered food you had to come down to the lobby to get it. The room was decent however it was extremely muggy. There wasn't any ventilation in the room. It just wasn't my favorite place to stay overall.

I loved that the parking was gated and the staff who helped us to check in was very helpful and friendly.
